I’m searching for a good lake to rent a cabin as far as about an hour and a half from Gainesville, Texas. I can’t stand lake Texhoma or Lewisville, I think both are filthy. I’ve tried lake Murray. The lake was clean, but the cabin wasn’t that great. The one I’ve liked best so far was Lake Bridgeport. The cabin was nice and not too expensive and the lake was pretty clean. I’d like to try some place new and maybe with more lake and outdoor activities. Any Ideas? It can be in Texas or Oklahoma as long as it’s not too far away.
